📢 WE’RE HIRING: SENIOR TECHNICAL RECRUITER

📍 Philippines | 🏠 Fully Remote | 🌍 International Recruitment

🕒 Must be able to support UAE working hours

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in international technical recruitment and contract staffing, who can independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and niche roles, from sourcing through placement

• Build strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, Boolean/X-Ray search, and other sourcing channels

• Conduct candidate screening, qualification, and interview coordination

• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including follow-ups and engagement

• Handle offer negotiation, salary discussions, notice periods, counteroffers, and candidate closing

• Deliver against multiple vacancies and recruitment targets within agreed timelines

• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment tracking/reporting

• Work closely with recruitment managers and international stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

✅ 5+ years of Technical Recruitment experience

✅ Proven experience in Contract Staffing and permanent placements

✅ Strong sourcing, headhunting, candidate management, and offer negotiation skills

✅ Hands-on experience recruiting for niche technology roles, particularly:

• Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning

• Data & Analytics / Data Engineering

• Cybersecurity

• Cloud, Infrastructure & Modern Workplace

• Other highly specialized IT/Technology positions

✅ Previous experience working in an international recruitment environment, supporting overseas clients, candidates, or stakeholders

✅ Strong understanding of technical profiles and ability to screen candidates beyond keyword matching

✅ Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ Highly organized, target-driven, and comfortable managing multiple requirements simultaneously

✅ Able to work independently in a fully remote setup with minimal supervision

✅ Comfortable supporting UAE working hours
