Senior Test Analyst

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate!

Experience: 8-10 years.

Hybrid: 2 days Work from Home 3 days Work from Office

Your Profile & DNA:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join our Agile team and help build reliable, scalable digital solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define and implement effective test strategies
• Design, execute and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Perform functional, integration and regression testing
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers and Business Analysts
• Drive defect management and support quality improvements
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery
• Support automation initiatives and improve QA processes

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working in Agile Scrum teams
• UAT planning and coordination
• Non-Functional Testing knowledge
• ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Certification
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Developer
• T-shaped skill set with strong collaboration across cross-functional teams

Technical Skills

• Test Strategy, Test Planning & Test Management
• Azure DevOps (preferred)
• SQL (MSSQL preferred)
• REST API Testing using Postman
• Functional, End-to-End & Regression Testing
• System Integration Testing (SIT)
• Testing of Web, Mobile & API applications
• Test Automation using Python-based frameworks (Robot Framework, PyTest)
• Banking, Financial Services, Credit Cards or Payment Processing
• Experience with Temenos Transact (T24) is a strong advantage
