A leading Irish Life & Pensions organisation is embarking on a major multi-year programme of change, focused on launching new products, modernising core systems, and enhancing customer experience across critical business platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-sufficient Test Analyst with strong Life & Pensions domain expertise to play a key role in delivering complex business and technology initiatives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring quality throughout the full testing lifecycle while contributing to high-profile projects that will shape the future of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute test scripts, test scenarios, and regression packs
- Prepare and manage test data, environments, and supporting test artefacts
- Manage defects through to resolution and support release activities
Experience Required
- 7+ years' experience as a Test Analyst within enterprise environments
- Strong Life Insurance and/or Pensions industry experience
- Experience working on policy administration, claims, pensions, or related financial services platforms
- Familiarity with AS400, Life400, or similar legacy insurance systems is highly desirable
