As our highly valued Senior Test Analyst based in Brisbane, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality digital experiences for our customers. You will help drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement by leading testing activities across key customer-facing platforms, ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions that support our purpose of helping all Australians own their own home.

You'll make an impact by:
- Developing and executing testing strategies that contribute to the successful delivery of customer technology initiatives.
- Creating and executing both manual and automated test scenarios aligned to business and customer outcomes.
- Partnering with stakeholders across Technology and the business to ensure quality is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Managing defect processes, reporting and resolution activities to support high-quality releases.
- Supporting a range of customer-facing channels including online banking, mobile banking, lending applications, websites and digital services.
- Driving continuous improvement across testing frameworks, automation capabilities, tools and processes.
- Providing testing expertise during major incidents and business-critical issue resolution activities.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- Extensive experience as an Automation Test Analyst, with a minimum of 5 years' automation testing experience.
- Strong experience with test automation tools including Selenium (Java).
- Experience using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and version control tools including Git.
- Experience with BDD methodologies, including Cucumber, Gherkin and TestNG.
- Experience testing APIs and services using tools such as Bruno, SoapUI and Parasoft.
- Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management and influencing skills.
- The ability to quickly understand complex business systems and drive testing outcomes across cross-functional teams.
- Qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Experience leveraging AI to enhance automation testing frameworks and practices.
- Experience working in complex digital or financial services environments.
- A passion for continuous improvement, coaching others and fostering a quality-first mindset.
