Job Title: Senior Tosca Automation Test Engineer

Reports to: Delivery Manager

Location: Bengaluru, India (Hybrid)

Department: Quality Assurance

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Tosca Automation Test Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Tricentis Tosca and SAP automation testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, executing, and maintaining automated test solutions to support high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca.
  • Build reusable Tosca modules, test cases, and automation components.
  • Automate and validate end-to-end business processes within SAP environments.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end automation testing.
  • Execute automated test suites, analyze failures, and troubleshoot automation issues.
  • Identify defects, support defect triage, and work with development/functional teams through resolution.
  • Review requirements and business processes to identify suitable automation scenarios.
  • Maintain automation scripts to ensure reusability, stability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with SAP functional teams, developers, business stakeholders, and other QA team members.

Required Skills

  • 5–8 years of experience in software testing / test automation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca Automation.
  • Hands-on experience automating SAP applications and business processes.
  • Good understanding of Tosca modules, test cases, execution lists, and reusable automation components.
  • Experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Experience in test execution, defect management, and reporting.
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP GUI, or SAP Fiori automation.
  • Exposure to test management tools such as qTest, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or ALM.
  • Understanding of CI/CD and integration of automated test suites into delivery pipelines.
