Senior TPM at BairesDev

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead the orchestration of complex technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams. You will ensure alignment between technical strategy and execution, streamlining communication and delivery for high-impact programs.

What You'll Do

• Drive the planning and execution of large-scale technical programs from conception to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams to resolve dependencies and mitigate technical risks.
• Define and refine technical roadmaps in alignment with overall business and engineering strategies.
• Establish clear communication channels and reporting structures to provide visibility on program health.
• Facilitate technical decision-making processes to ensure scalable and maintainable architectural outcomes.
• Champion operational excellence by improving internal processes and program management methodologies.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering roles.
• Proven expertise in managing complex technical programs at scale across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong ability to define and execute technical strategies while ensuring cross-team coordination.
• Deep technical literacy with a solid background in engineering principles.
