Senior Transformation Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Senior Transformation Manager (m/f/d) to join our Transformation team at the earliest possible date, based in Munich. The Senior Transformation Manager (m/f/d) plays a significant role in advancing the firm’s digital transformation program by shaping initiatives, driving execution, and influencing cross-functional outcomes. You demonstrate established mentorship, strategic alignment, and the ability to introduce transformative ideas with precise execution. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and lead change-management efforts. Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; independently communicate progress and risks to stakeholders. Lead complex tasks, projects, and issues with minimal day ‑ to ‑ day management, escalating only when necessary. Oversee implementation of digital tools and process improvements, ensuring operational alignment, rigorous testing, and long-term adoption. Monitor and evaluate transformation initiative performance through data-driven analysis, linking results to business KPIs. Introduce transformative ideas, ensuring alignment with business strategy and driving innovation within the function. Influence peers and junior colleagues, shaping standards and best practices within the team. Act as a subject-matter contributor, staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the transformation roadmap. Key Requirements Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Professional certifications such as PMP are advantageous. 6–8 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated success managing complex transformation projects with limited supervision. Established mentorship capability, occasionally including oversight of junior staff. Strong strategic thinking that aligns initiatives with broader organizational goals. Ability to introduce transformative solutions and drive innovation. Highly developed project management skills with minimal supervisory needs. Experienced understanding of the business line, firm, and specialized discipline. Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence both peers and junior colleagues. Solid change ‑ management expertise with proven ability to lead adoption.
