Senior Travel Sales Consultant

Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years in Travel Sales / Holiday Package Sales.

Role Overview

We are looking Candidates who have previously worked with a travel agency, tour operator, holiday company or DMC and have independently handled B2C holiday enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound travel leads received through Meta Ads, Instagram, Google, WhatsApp, referrals, and existing customer database.
• Identify and classify leads on travel dates, budget, urgency and buying intent.
• Recommend the most suitable itinerary, hotels and package instead of simply sending standard quotations.
• Create and present Value, Premium and Luxury package options according to the customer profile.
• Handle price objections and competitor comparisons without unnecessary discounting.
• Follow up systematically through calls and WhatsApp until the enquiry is converted or closed.
• Focus on improving average booking value and profit margin, not only number of bookings.
• Coordinate with operations, DMCs, hotels and suppliers for quotations and availability.
• Ensure confirmed customers receive smooth experience during Tour.
• Build long-term relationships with repeat and referral customers.Candidate Requirements

Important - We are not looking for a person who only prepares itineraries or forwards quotations.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹18,000–₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentive: Additional incentives based on conversion, gross profit and sales targets. Depending on experience and capability.
