Senior Treasury Analyst
Location: Manchester, United Kingdom
Hybrid Working Policy – 2 days on site, 3 days WFH

This role is responsible for the administration and governance of banking and treasury-related activities across the organization, including user access management for e-banking platforms, bank account administration, and support for payment operations. The position also oversees financial reporting and controls, including SNB reporting, Bwise control requirements, FX rate maintenance, KYC requests, and bank guarantee administration.

What you will do:

• Champion Global Excellence: Support the global vision and strategic objectives for HR processes and technology, ensuring alignment with Lonza’s goals.
• Manage e-banking user access, roles, and permissions across banking platforms, ensuring compliance with internal controls and security requirements.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting activities, primarily quarterly and annual submissions to the Swiss National Bank (SNB).
• Maintain and monitor foreign exchange (FX) rates in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Treasury guidelines.
• Manage group-wide Know Your Customer (KYC) requests and banking documentation, serving as the main point of contact for banking partners.

What we are looking for:

• Background in finance, accounting, or corporate treasury with a solid grasp of core financial principles and numerical reasoning.
• Management: Proven ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and build strong relationships with internal teams and external banking partners.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; previous experience with SAP (or similar ERP systems) and e-banking platforms is a strong advantage.
• Experience or familiarity with bank account administration, user access controls, KYC processes, or trade finance (bank guarantees).
• High attention to detail with an understanding of internal controls, compliance frameworks, or regulatory reporting.
• Working knowledge or fluency in German is highly desirable to support Swiss National Bank (SNB) documentation and reporting
