Senior UI Designer (Figma) at BairesDev

As a Senior UI Designer (Figma), you will lead the design of intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable design solutions, ensure consistency across platforms, and drive continuous improvement of design systems.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead UI design initiatives from concept to final delivery.

- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design components in Figma.

- Define and maintain scalable design systems.

- Collaborate with UX, product, and engineering teams.

- Ensure visual consistency and adherence to branding guidelines.

- Provide feedback and mentorship to junior designers.

What We Are Looking For:

- 4+ years of experience in UI design or related roles.

- Strong proficiency in Figma and design systems.

- Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Strong visual design and problem-solving skills.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
