Sportech is building the digital infrastructure layer for sports clubs, leagues, academies, and federations globally. The platform enables organizations to launch their own branded fan engagement ecosystem including memberships, livestream monetization, digital gifting, ticketing, prediction features, merchandise, and interactive experiences — all under a revenue-sharing model with zero upfront cost for partners.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to own and elevate the end-to-end product experience across our core fan applications. In this role, you will design intuitive, high-engagement user flows for immersive sports features

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Product Design: Lead UX discovery, wireframing, interactive prototyping, and final UI delivery for iOS, Android, and web fan applications.
• Match-Day Experience Optimization: Design seamless, low-friction interactions for high-velocity, real-time features.
• Modular Design System: Build and maintain an atomic, highly configurable design system that supports seamless multi-tenant skinning (dynamic theming, typography, color palettes, and component scaling) for partners and leagues.
• User Research & Usability: Conduct user testing, user journey mapping, and analytical reviews to optimize conversion funnels across onboarding, token wallets, subscriptions, and ticketing flows.
• Engineering Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers and Frontend/Mobile Engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation, motion/micro-interactions, and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of UI/UX and product design experience delivering high-scale consumer mobile applications (sports, gaming, streaming, or fintech preferred).
• Deep mastery of modern interface design, design tokens, component libraries, and interactive prototyping.
• Strong understanding of gamification mechanics, live-streaming UX patterns, and sports fan behavior.
• Proven track record designing scalable multi-brand mobile products.
