🚀 The project
Join an international project supporting large-scale enterprise solutions in areas such as grant management, UX/UI improvements, and digital transformation. You will play a key role in translating complex business requirements into intuitive UI solutions, creating design systems, and facilitating the end-to-end design-to-development lifecycle.
📌 Requirements
Education: University degree.
Total IT Experience: At least 17 years of professional experience in IT with concrete examples of projects and measurable outcomes.
Languages: Minimum B2 level in English or French (spoken and written).
Core Design & Prototyping Skills:
Advanced expertise in design, wireframing, and interactive prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, InVision, UXPin, Framer.js).
Creation and maintenance of comprehensive Design Systems (style guides, tokens, component libraries, templates, guidelines).
Graphic design, illustrations, infographics, and data visualisations.
UX Research & User Testing:
End-to-end UX research (personas, user journeys, task analysis, heuristic evaluations, analytics).
Experience conducting usability testing, A/B testing, hallway testing, and post-release validation (eye tracking knowledge is a plus).
Web Standards: Strong foundation in interface ergonomics, responsive design, web accessibility, data protection, and security principles.
