Role Summary:

Executes vendor acquisition and onboarding activities. Supports regional growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute outreach and acquisition campaigns
• Collect and verify vendor documents (eKYC)
• Support onboarding process and initial training
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline status

Must-Haves:

🔹 2–5 years in a marketplace (priority), e-commerce, distribution, or trade operations role

🔹 Has worked with multiple vendors at the same time (portfolio mindset)

🔹 Vendor Onboarding & Activation Experience (has personally onboarded vendors end-to-end)

🔹 Basic Commercial Understanding (commissions, pricing, etc…)

🔹 SLA & Process Discipline

🔹 Strong Communication Skills (English is a must)

🔹 Startup Mindset & Grit – comfortable with ambiguity and fast changes, not afraid to pick up the phone and push

• A PLUS: if they have "Home" category and Interior Design background/understanding
