What we're looking for

A fast-growing US-based men's health brand is looking for a talented, fast-moving Senior Video Editor to join its Growth Marketing team. On a full-time contract basis, you will edit direct-response video ads that turn cold traffic into customers across Meta and other paid channels. You will work closely with the VP of Performance Creative Strategy and a lean creative team to bring winning concepts to life and push what is possible in paid video.

What You'll Be Doing

• Edit high-converting direct-response video ads optimized for Meta (and sometimes TikTok and YouTube).
• Produce conversion-focused, UGC-style edits from creator footage, nailing hooks, captions, pacing, and sound that hold attention.
• Integrate AI-generated video into the production workflow using tools like Veo, Runway, and HeyGen.
• Iterate on top-performing ads by testing new hooks, CTAs, formats, and pacing.
• Collaborate with creative strategists and designers to turn briefs and storyboards into finished ads.
• Stay on top of what is working across the DTC landscape to sharpen your editing instincts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of video editing experience, including 3 to 5 years editing direct-response Meta ads for DTC or e-commerce brands (non-negotiable).
• A proven track record of high-performing paid social ads.
• Strong command of hooks, pacing, sound design, typography, and video psychology for paid social.
• Near-native English and the confidence to share ideas on team calls.
• An AI-open mindset, with mid-level familiarity with AI tools already in place.
• A collaborative, feedback-friendly attitude and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere (essential), Frame.io, Notion, and Slack.

Nice to Have

• Motion graphics and After Effects experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools.
• A background in fast-paced, high-output environments.
