Senior Video Editor and AI Creative Producer
DTC Ecommerce
Full-time | Remote in LATAM | US Pacific working hours
Schedule follows Pacific Time, including PST and PDT. Professional written and spoken English required.
About Lemon Adds and the role
Lemon Adds is a performance marketing agency helping DTC and e-commerce brands grow through paid media, creative, influencer marketing, retention, and ecommerce execution. We are looking for a senior creator who combines exceptional video editing, direct-response advertising judgment, and expert AI production.
You will own projects from the brand brief through concept, script, production, and final delivery. Your work will include paid social ads, UGC edits, branded product videos, and original organic social content designed to earn attention, build interest, and drive purchases.
Proven DTC ecommerce advertising experience and an advanced AI video portfolio are essential.
What you will own
- Develop original concepts, hooks, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists. Research products, customer motivations, objections, competitors, and social trends, then turn those insights into clear creative ideas.
- Edit short-form ads and branded content for Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Combine creator footage, product assets, and AI-generated scenes with strong pacing, persuasive storytelling, captions, and clear calls to action.
- Create realistic AI UGC-style content with believable people, expressions, gestures, product interactions, and lip sync. Direct voice delivery and sound design so dialogue, music, and visuals work together naturally.
- Produce AI product videos and motion graphics using reference images, controlled generation, compositing, animation, and kinetic typography. Preserve product shape, scale, packaging, labels, and visual consistency across shots.
- Develop organic social concepts with strong openings, humor, relevant memes, cultural references, and repeatable formats. Adapt trends to each brand and audience, with a focus on retention, sharing, and discovery.
- Build meaningful variations of hooks, angles, narratives, offers, and calls to action. Work with media buyers to use retention, hook and hold rates, CTR, conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS as context for creative improvements.
- Finish assets to a high standard: correct AI artifacts, polish color and audio, check captions and product accuracy, and export for the intended placements. Keep source files, prompts, and references organized while managing deadlines and generation costs.
What you must bring
A portfolio of finished DTC ecommerce ads used in paid campaigns, created for brands directly or through a performance marketing agency. Experience handling multiple brands is strongly preferred.
Strong direct-response instincts: you understand how a hook leads into a product benefit, demonstration, credible proof, objection handling, and a compelling reason to buy.
Expert AI production skills demonstrated in completed commercial work, including realistic UGC-style video, consistent characters and products, lip sync, voice direction, and product motion.
Advanced editing, motion graphics, compositing, and sound skills. You can identify unnatural movement, weak pacing, incorrect product details, or robotic delivery and bring the work to a professional finish.
Creative ownership and strong awareness of US social media culture. You can write natural English scripts, pitch original ideas, explain your decisions, and improve work through feedback and results.
Professional written and spoken English, reliable remote collaboration, and availability to work the agreed full-time US Pacific schedule from LATAM.
Comfortable creating content for a range of DTC brands, including sexual wellness brands.
Production tools and workflow
You should have an expert working setup across the categories below. We assess the quality and repeatability of your workflow; proficiency in every named application is not required.
Editing and motion: Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, with After Effects or comparable motion graphics and compositing tools.
AI video: Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Google Veo through Flow, or comparable current platforms for controlled, realistic production.
Voice and performance: ElevenLabs, plus tools such as HeyGen, Runway Act-Two, or Higgsfield lip-sync workflows.
Image preparation: Photoshop and Firefly, Nano Banana, or equivalent tools for product references, storyboards, and generation inputs.
Stay current, test new models, and explain which tools you choose for each brief. Show how you refine generations and combine them with precise editing to deliver finished work.
What to include in your application
Email your application to careers@lemonadds.com with the subject line “Senior Video Editor and AI Creative Producer Application — [Your Full Name]” and include:
- Your résumé/CV, a brief introduction, and your location.
- Your expected monthly compensation in USD and confirmation that you can work full-time US Pacific hours (PST/PDT).
- A portfolio link with 3–5 finished videos covering three DTC paid social ads, a UGC edit, a realistic AI UGC-style ad, and an AI product video with motion graphics. Samples may satisfy multiple categories.
- For each sample, identify the product, objective, your exact contribution, and tools used. Include available performance context and one iteration informed by results. Redacted results and private portfolio links are welcome.
- One short workflow breakdown from brief and script to generation and final edit, including an initial AI output and the improvements you made.
Portfolios consisting only of podcast edits, real estate videos, generic social clips, or motion graphics without DTC advertising examples do not meet this role’s requirements.
