This is a remote position.

Document Infrastructure:

Products that help businesses build paperless processes at scale:


  1. Document Execution Workflow: A unified platform for businesses to digitally execute (eSign, eStamp, Template Pre-fill, Document Fraud Prevention etc.) agreements, forms and other documents in a compliant way. Currently in use by 2000+ Indian businesses from giants like HDFC and SBI Cards to high-growth disruptors like goDigit and Cars24.

  2. Contract Management: An AI-powered platform for businesses to quickly review, negotiate and take action on contracts

  3. Signstation: A simple platform for businesses to digitally sign simple documents like invoices, policies and letters in a cost effective manner

Consent Infrastructure:

  1. Consentin: An end-to-end DPDP and Privacy compliance platform for Indian businesses

  2. Consentin Lens: A data discovery platform for businesses to identify the personal data they collect and store.

About the role:

We are is looking for a full-time visual communication designer with prior experience working with marketing teams B2B SaaS companies.


At Leegality, our marketing runs on high quality content –website, decks, eBooks, social media and videos and more – in order to attract, inform and engage prospects and customers. To be effective, each and every piece of content needs to be incredibly well designed.


To fulfil this objective, we need talented and high initiative visual communication designers who will be able to:


  • Design visually clear and aesthetically pleasing creatives on a consistent, timely basis

  • Build and maintain design systems that will give Leegality a coherent visual identity across designs

  • Build workflows using modern tools to improve project speed and output without compromising quality


Responsibilities:


  • Design assets like decks, eBooks, social media creatives, web pages and event collateral in a visually clear and appealing manner

  • Take a rough brief or a copy wireframe and turn it into a finished asset without needing every element specified for you.

  • Consistently ship designs on agreed upon timelines

  • Build AI workflows to speed up the design process without compromising quality

  • Help plan and build a design system that will give Leegality a coherent and relevant visual identity across designs


Requires:


  • 2+ years of experience working with marketing teams

  • Ability to think creatively about what the project needs rather than mechanically applying design tools

  • Diligent and rigorous with timelines

  • Ability to explain your design choices to non-designers in a cogent and clear way
