We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled VMware Technical Trainer with expertise in delivering live instructor-led training programs on VMware technologies. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of VMware infrastructure, cloud virtualization, data center technologies, and enterprise IT environments along with exceptional presentation, mentoring, and curriculum development skills. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering advanced VMware training programs for corporate clients, IT professionals, internal engineering teams, and enterprise customers across virtual and hybrid learning environments. Key Responsibilities Training Delivery Deliver instructor-led online and classroom training sessions on VMware technologies. Conduct enterprise-level workshops, boot camps, and hands-on lab sessions. Provide advanced technical demonstrations and real-world implementation scenarios. Train participants ranging from beginners to senior infrastructure engineers and architects. Facilitate certification-oriented training programs for VMware certifications. Technical Expertise Deliver training on: VMware vSphere ESXi vCenter Server VMware NSX VMware vSAN VMware Horizon VMware Cloud Foundation VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM) VMware Aria Suite / vRealize Suite VMware Tanzu Hybrid Cloud & Virtualization Solutions Curriculum Development Design and update technical training content, presentations, labs, assignments, and assessments. Develop real-time lab environments and proof-of-concept scenarios. Create certification preparation material aligned with VMware standards. Continuously enhance learning methodologies and technical documentation. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Understand customer training requirements and customize training accordingly. Support pre-sales activities by providing technical presentations and solution overviews. Collaborate with infrastructure teams, cloud architects, and solution consultants. Mentor junior trainers and technical consultants. Lab & Environment Management Build and maintain VMware lab infrastructure for training purposes. Troubleshoot virtualization and networking issues during live sessions. Ensure availability and performance of training environments. Educational Qualification & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field VMware Certified Trainer Preferred Certifications Candidates with the following certifications will be preferred: VMware Certified Professional (VCP) Broadcom Knight VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP) VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX) – Preferred Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes are added advantages Required Skills 12+ years of hands-on VMware training and enterprise virtualization experience Technical Skills Strong expertise in: VMware vSphere Administration & Architecture Virtualization & Hypervisor Technologies Data Center Operations Storage & Compute Virtualization Networking Concepts & NSX High Availability (HA), DRS, FT, vMotion Disaster Recovery & Backup Solutions Hybrid Cloud Platforms Windows & Linux Administration PowerCLI scripting and automation Training Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong live troubleshooting and problem-solving capability. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simplified manner. Experience in delivering corporate training globally. Experience with virtual training platforms and LMS tools.
