Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Vue3 Engineer at AltexSoft. The Senior Vue3 Engineer will design, develop, and maintain high-quality front-end applications using Vue3 and related modern JavaScript and TypeScript tooling. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing reusable UI components, integrating REST and GraphQL APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring accessibility and cross-browser compatibility. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to refine requirements, participate in code reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions. The Senior Vue3 Engineer will also mentor other engineers, promote best practices, write technical documentation, and support continuous improvement of development processes and tooling.


Qualifications

• Strong front-end engineering skills with Vue3, Vuex/Pinia, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Experience with UI development using HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, responsive design, and component libraries or design systems.
• Proficiency in integrating RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs, handling state management, and working with asynchronous data flows.
• Knowledge of build and tooling ecosystems such as Vite/Webpack, npm/yarn, linting and formatting tools, and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Vitest, Cypress).
• Background in performance optimization, accessibility standards, security best practices, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience collaborating in agile teams, using Git-based workflows, and participating in code reviews and peer mentoring.
• Ability to translate UX/UI designs into high-quality interfaces and work effectively with designers and product stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, clear written and verbal communication, and a proactive, ownership-oriented work style in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
