The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Advisor to provide comprehensive wealth-management advice to high-net-worth and affluent clients.

The ideal candidate will combine strong financial knowledge, investment expertise, relationship-management capabilities, and commercial awareness to understand client objectives, develop personalized wealth strategies, monitor portfolios, and coordinate the delivery of appropriate financial solutions while maintaining high standards of suitability, compliance, confidentiality, and client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with high-net-worth, affluent, corporate, and family-office clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive client discovery covering financial objectives, investment experience, risk tolerance, liquidity needs, time horizons, family circumstances, and wealth priorities.
  • Develop personalized wealth-management strategies aligned with client objectives and financial circumstances.
  • Review clients' existing assets, liabilities, investments, insurance arrangements, retirement plans, and other financial resources.
  • Develop strategic asset-allocation recommendations based on risk profile, investment objectives, liquidity requirements, and time horizon.
  • Provide investment guidance across relevant asset classes, including equities, fixed income, funds, alternative investments, structured products, cash, and other approved solutions.
  • Monitor client portfolios and recommend adjustments when objectives, market conditions, risk profiles, or financial circumstances change.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and communicate investment performance, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions clearly.
  • Explain complex financial and investment concepts in a clear and client-appropriate manner.
  • Develop retirement, education, wealth-transfer, liquidity, and succession strategies in coordination with relevant specialists.
  • Identify opportunities for tax-efficient and estate-planning structures within the scope of applicable regulations and coordinate with qualified tax and legal professionals.
  • Review insurance and protection requirements and coordinate appropriate solutions with specialist advisers.
  • Support clients with cash-management, liquidity-planning, financing, and lending requirements where applicable.
  • Coordinate with private banking, lending, investment, insurance, tax, legal, and estate-planning specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client financial positions, objectives, preferences, and changing circumstances.
  • Conduct periodic suitability and risk-profile reviews.
  • Ensure recommendations remain appropriate as client circumstances, financial markets, regulations, and investment objectives evolve.
  • Prepare investment proposals, financial plans, portfolio analyses, and client presentations.
  • Develop clear recommendations supported by appropriate financial analysis, research, and documentation.
  • Review market developments, economic trends, investment themes, and portfolio implications.
  • Translate investment research into practical recommendations relevant to individual client portfolios.
  • Monitor portfolio concentration, liquidity, diversification, volatility, and other relevant risk indicators.
  • Identify portfolio risks and recommend appropriate mitigation or rebalancing strategies.
  • Support clients through significant market events by providing timely, factual, and balanced portfolio communication.
  • Maintain disciplined investment and advisory processes consistent with approved wealth-management frameworks.
  • Identify new client opportunities through referrals, professional networks, existing relationships, and business-development activities.
  • Develop and maintain a high-quality prospect pipeline while adhering to applicable conduct and marketing requirements.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, investment reviews, and wealth-planning discussions.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, family members, professional advisers, and other authorized stakeholders.
  • Support multigenerational wealth relationships and facilitate appropriate family wealth discussions where requested.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through additional suitable products and services.
  • Ensure all recommendations are based on documented client needs, suitability requirements, and approved product frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate client records, financial plans, investment objectives, risk profiles, meeting notes, and recommendation documentation.
  • Ensure timely completion of KYC, client onboarding, suitability assessments, account reviews, and other required documentation.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling client financial information and personal data.
  • Comply with applicable financial-services regulations, internal policies, investment guidelines, and conduct requirements.
  • Identify and escalate potential conflicts of interest, unusual transactions, suitability concerns, and compliance issues.
  • Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Operations teams to resolve client and regulatory matters.
  • Monitor client service levels and ensure requests, transactions, documentation, and follow-ups are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Support onboarding of new clients and coordinate account-opening, transfer, investment, and administrative processes.
  • Review fees, charges, product costs, and other client-related expenses and communicate them transparently.
  • Maintain strong relationships with investment managers, product providers, custodians, banks, and external professional advisers.
  • Evaluate new wealth-management products and services based on client suitability, risk, transparency, and strategic relevance.
  • Participate in investment committees, client-review forums, market briefings, and wealth-management initiatives where appropriate.
  • Contribute to development of client propositions, investment solutions, advisory processes, and wealth-management tools.
  • Mentor junior advisers and support development of wealth-management capabilities across the team.
  • Share market knowledge, client insights, and best practices with colleagues.
  • Use CRM, portfolio-management, financial-planning, research, and reporting systems effectively.
  • Leverage digital wealth-management tools to improve client engagement, portfolio monitoring, and service efficiency.
  • Prepare management reports covering client relationships, assets under management, portfolio activity, service levels, revenue, and business-development performance.

Ideal Candidate
