Senior Web Developer Remote

Salary Range: $100,000.00 To $125,000.00 Annually Senior Web Developer/Team Lead Remote, Full Time Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with at least 8-10 years of relevant experience in web development, including advanced certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, AWS Certified Developer, or equivalent. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. The Senior Web Developer is responsible for managing the design, deployment, development, and maintenance of web environments, including websites and web applications. This role involves overseeing web-level and NET-based development tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes. Key responsibilities include: • Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure web environments. • Managing the deployment and maintenance of web applications and websites. • Performing testing and quality assurance to ensure functionality, performance, and security of web solutions. • Overseeing web-level and NET-based development tasks, including custom application development and integrations. • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs. • Staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices to enhance web development strategies. The Senior Web Developer/Team Lead must demonstrate the ability to work independently and lead development efforts in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Technical Proficiencies: The Senior Web Developer/Team Lead should demonstrate expertise in the following: • Web Development Frameworks: .NET, ASP.NET, and other modern frameworks. • Programming Languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, and SQL. • Web Technologies: RESTful APIs, AJAX, JSON, and XML. • Testing and Quality Assurance: Automated testing tools and methodologies. • Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud environments. • Certifications: Advanced certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, AWS Certified Developer, or equivalent. Additional Requirements: Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders. This position is for a government agency, and candidates will be required to successfully pass a background investigation and obtain the necessary security clearance.
