Senior Webflow Designer – Glasgow
Phlo is looking for a Senior Webflow Designer to shape and scale the digital pharmacy experiences we build for our own brands and partners across the UK and beyond. Every partner brings a brand they care about. Our job is to translate that into a seamless pharmacy experience that feels unmistakably theirs - combining thoughtful design with robust, scalable development.

This role will take ownership of how we work with Webflow at Phlo: improving our sites, building better systems and workflows and enabling more of the team to publish with confidence. Starting hands-on with our existing sites, you’ll quickly get to know what works, what doesn’t and where we can do better - before helping define a smarter, more scalable approach for the future.

The Job
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be involved in the following: 

• Work closely with partners and our partnerships team to translate brands into sites that look and feel like their own, down to the smallest detail
• Push our white label solution forward so new partner sites are quicker to launch and easier to maintain, including for brands operating beyond the UK
• Partner with our marketing team to design, build and launch landing pages quickly and help shape a process that takes a page from idea to live in days rather than weeks
• Set up the structure for testing landing pages so we can learn what works and roll it out across brands
• Design how people across Phlo contribute to our sites: what they can edit, what’s locked down and how changes get checked
• Build the components, templates and documentation that make that possible and train contributors to use them
• Find practical ways to use AI in how we build and run our sites
• Handle updates and publishing directly in your early months while you learn the estate

The Person 
Ideally, we’re looking for someone with the following: 

• Several years building production sites in Webflow, with a portfolio to show for it
• A real design eye and a track record of bringing brands to life with care
• Confidence working with partners and stakeholders directly
• Experience building landing pages for marketing teams at pace, ideally with some A/B testing or experimentation behind them
• Solid CMS architecture and a clean, consistent class system you can explain to others
• Enough HTML, CSS and JavaScript to go where Webflow’s no-code tools stop
• Experience setting up Webflow for other people to use, whether that’s a component library, an Editor setup or a content workflow you designed and taught
• A good grasp of accessibility, performance and SEO
• Curiosity about AI tools and experience using them in real work
• Experience with Webflow Localisation or building sites for more than one market
• Experience with custom integrations such Finsweet Attributes, GSAP, the Webflow API or MCP

The Logistics 
We’re headquartered in the Onyx building on Bothwell St in Glasgow City Centre. While this role is predominantly remote, we support a blend of in-person collaboration and flexible hybrid working.
