Senior Workday Analyst (Payroll) at BairesDev

As a Senior Workday Analyst (Payroll), you will oversee and optimize payroll systems and configurations to support global business operations. You will act as the technical anchor for payroll-related modules, ensuring that systems are aligned, compliant, and operating at peak performance.

What You'll Do

• Design, configure, and maintain end-to-end payroll solutions and business processes.
• Manage system configurations for Core HR, absence tracking, and time management workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex functional issues and act as the key point of contact for payroll systems support.
• Ensure data integrity across platforms and maintain compliance with local and international standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, deploy, and support continuous system enhancements.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Workday Analyst, Payroll Specialist, or in a related technical role.
• Proven expertise in Workday Payroll Configuration and managing complex payroll processes.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM and Workday Core HR Configuration.
• Proficiency in configuring Workday Absence Management and Workday Time Tracking.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
