About the Role As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for executing successful implementations, upgrades, and general business advisory services, all while fostering strong client relationships. The position calls for strong project management skills, seasoned client management and client communication skills, and demonstrated knowledge of enterprise-wide software installations in the commercial Yardi space. Specifically, above average-to-expert level knowledge of Construction Manager, Forecast Manager, Voyager 8, and/or Fixed Assets is required. Investment Management experience is preferred. Extensive experience working within the accounting, technical, real estate, or property management industries is required. Experience limited to end-user or accounting use of Yardi is not sufficient for this role - proven experience with hands-on Yardi implementations and/or consulting experience on full-cycle implementations is a must. Responsibilities Execute full-cycle Yardi implementations (discovery, configuration, UAT, go-live, hypercare) Execute project plans within time and budget constraints Capture accurate business requirements and communicate clearly to development teams Translate client business processes into system configuration and solution design within Yardi Assist in the development of necessary reports to meet business requirements Manage data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and support defect resolution Configure Yardi modules including Voyager 7 and Voyager 8, Construction Manager, Forecast Manager, and Fixed Assets Foster and grow client relationships through product adoption and revenue growth Advise the leadership team on emerging market opportunities Provide additional support to the sales team by identifying business development opportunities and assisting with new product implementation Manage multiple concurrent client implementations in a consulting environment Qualifications and Skill Sets Seven plus (7+) years of Yardi implementation or ERP consulting experience Demonstrated experience leading or supporting multiple full-cycle Yardi implementations Proven experience in a client-facing consulting environment (internal or external) Strong experience with data migration, configuration, and UAT processes Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Real Estate, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience Comprehensive knowledge of, and demonstrated experience in, Yardi and industry-leading 3rd party add-on solutions Advanced knowledge of Forecast Manager, Construction Manager, Fixed Asset Manager, or Investment Management Experience supporting property management or real estate clients in a systems implementation context Advanced Excel skills Preferred Skills Experience working in a billable consulting environment Experience with Yardi integrations or data conversion tools Exposure to SQL, reporting tools, or data validation processes Experience with team management and mentorship Experience working in a global, distributed delivery model In addition to the technical skills and experience listed above, the ideal candidate for this position would be a self-motivated individual who demonstrates attention to detail, a passion for problem-solving and customer service, and the ability to overcome obstacles.
