Role Overview

YTMG LTD is hiring a full-time Senior YouTube Strategist & Producer to grow three faceless long-form channels covering ships, aviation, U.S. presidents and military history for a primarily U.S. audience.

You will own the full content loop: idea, package, script, production, publication and post-launch analysis - while leading writers, voice actors, editors and thumbnail designers.

What you will own

Strategy and ideas - Use CTR, AVD, retention, traffic-source and audience data to find opportunities, choose topics and create clear briefs for scriptwriters.

Packaging and retention - Develop high-impact titles and thumbnail concepts; improve hooks, pacing, structure and visual progression.

Editorial quality - Screen scripts, fact-check claims and coordinate the use of licensed, public-domain and original footage.

Production leadership - Manage deadlines and quality across scriptwriters, voice actors, editors and thumbnail designers; resolve blockers early.

Calls and reporting - Prepare and lead weekly production calls with performance insights, priorities, decisions, owners and deadlines.

Publishing - Oversee final QA and publishing across YouTube and major social platforms.

What success looks like

More videos reach 400,000+ organic views within 30 days.

Within 90 days, monthly long-form views move from 6.6M to 10M, 12.6M to 20M and 71k to 4M across the three channels.

U.S. audience share stays at or above 45%, 55% and 60% respectively, while India remains below 10%.

What we need

3+ years in YouTube strategy, channel management or production. Exceptional candidates with 2 years and standout evidence will be considered.

Proven long-form growth results, with links and a clear explanation of what you personally changed.

Strong command of YouTube Studio, packaging, retention and content positioning.

Experience leading writers, voice actors, editors and designers against deadlines.

Excellent fact-checking, visual judgment, English communication and ownership.

What we offer

Remote, full-time work with a preference for candidates in the U.S., Canada or LATAM. Base pay is $1,800 USD per month, plus bonuses tied to 24-hour video performance, 30-day view targets, monthly channel growth and U.S. audience share.
