About the Role Ledgebrook is seeking a mid to senior level Data Quality Analyst to join our Product & Data team. On this team, you’ll lead analytical efforts to analyze complex data to ensure its integrity and accuracy. You will play a key role in driving organizational trust in reporting and analytics and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. As a Senior/Data Quality Analyst, you will collaborate with engineering, data excellence, pricing and analytics, finance, and compliance teams to improve data quality. A key part of your role will be proactively querying databases, reviewing data and dashboards, understanding data flow processes, and supporting implementation of data initiatives. Requirements We are looking for candidates with a collaborative approach, strong analytical skills, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes. Some specific experiences and skills include: Strong proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and Excel required; exposure to or experience with Snowflake and Python ideal Strong analytical mindset, investigation skills, and exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization Curious and persistent in finding the “why” behind data inconsistencies Navigating a startup environment, fast paced and dealing with uncertainty Insurance domain knowledge ideal, but not required For those applying in the US: Please note: This position is open only to candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. This is a good-faith compensation range based on what Ledgebrook reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of this posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
