Role Description This is a full-time Senior/Intermediate Structure Engineer role based in Subang Jaya with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. The engineer will perform structural analysis and design for building and infrastructure projects, prepare calculations, and develop safe, efficient, and cost-effective structural solutions aligned with applicable codes and standards. Daily tasks include producing and reviewing engineering drawings and models, coordinating with CAD technicians, and ensuring accuracy and constructability of designs. The role involves collaborating with project managers, architects, and contractors, providing technical support from concept through construction, and contributing to project-specific engineered solutions using Leviat products and systems. The engineer will also review technical documentation, support design optimization, participate in design reviews, and help maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering for the design and assessment of building and infrastructure projects.
• Candidates should possess skills in Structural Analysis and Calculations to perform accurate, code-compliant designs and verifications.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for preparing and reviewing structural drawings and models.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Relevant professional registration or progress toward chartered/PE status is an advantage.
• Experience with local and international design codes and standards (e.g., Eurocodes, BS, relevant national standards).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and customers.
• Prior experience in building structures, precast systems, or construction accessories is beneficial.
