What You Do
- Deliver strategic consulting services to Allianz Group entities, focusing on business transformation, market positioning, and operational excellence.
- Lead strategic initiatives including market entry, growth strategy, digital transformation, operations improvement and organizational redesign.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business models, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions with senior stakeholders to align on goals and execution plans.
- Support change management and implementation planning for strategic programs.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge development and thought leadership.
- Drive business development efforts including proposal creation and client relationship management.
What You Bring
- Excellent Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of professional experience, with at least 3–5 years in strategy or management consulting.
- Demonstrate knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with experience in strategic planning, business case development, and market analysis.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead strategic engagements.
- Experience in change management, organizational design, and transformation programs.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office 365, PowerPoint, Excel, and strategic modeling tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and facilitate decision-making.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (additional European languages are a plus).
- Financial services industry experience is mandatory.
- Insurance industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Interest in digital strategy, innovation, and technology is highly valued.
