About the Role
Join a cybersecurity software company building AI-powered tools for organizations in the U.S. defense industrial base. You will help develop new products and foundational infrastructure, taking ownership across the product lifecycle.
What You'll Do
Build full-stack features for experimental products and foundational infrastructure.
Contribute from planning and design through deployment and ongoing optimization.
Use TypeScript, React, GraphQL, and Ruby on Rails, with opportunities to work with Rust or Node.js.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering partners in an iterative environment.
Mentor other engineers and contribute to team practices and development.
What We're Looking For
Three to five years of professional software development experience, with technical depth and ownership aligned to senior or staff-level engineering work.
Proficiency in React and Ruby on Rails, plus experience designing and consuming GraphQL APIs.
Hands-on experience shipping production software.
Experience mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
Rust or Node.js experience is a plus.
Authorization to work in Canada without visa sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range is USD 210,000 to USD 260,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
