Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5–6 years of proven accounting experience in GL/AP profile Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations. Proficiency in accounting software . Advanced MS Excel skills for financial modeling and reporting. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes. Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and expense management. Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance. Ensure compliance with tax laws, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits. Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
