The successful candidate will bring extensive Pega architecture and technical leadership experience , working closely with business stakeholders, integration architects, development teams, and cross-functional technology partners to design, deploy, optimize, and support enterprise Pega solutions. Certified Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) - Required . Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, infrastructure, and security standards . Hands-on experience with Pega Infinity, Pega Platform, and/or Pega 8.x . Experience with Pega Constellation UX Design System . Proven experience leading or coordinating cross-functional technical teams . Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration. Experience conducting architecture/design reviews and code reviews . Understanding of Pega guardrails, coding standards, development frameworks, and application performance requirements. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in dynamic, project-based environments. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline . Experience with Pega eForms . Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership as a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) . Design and oversee enterprise Pega solutions that integrate effectively with existing infrastructure and technology environments. Partner with business stakeholders to understand application requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Define technical strategies, architecture standards, development practices, and implementation approaches. Lead and guide cross-functional teams through system design, development, deployment, and performance optimization . Collaborate with integration architects and other technology teams to design and implement Pega integrations with enterprise systems . Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure solutions meet quality, security, performance, and Pega guardrail requirements . Establish and promote coding standards, development frameworks, architecture patterns, and Pega best practices. Monitor and address Pega platform performance and technical issues. Coordinate with the Pega vendor regarding Service Requests, technical issues, and resolution activities. Manage Pega platform-level defects and develop appropriate plans for resolution. Ensure Pega solutions comply with applicable regulatory, security, and information protection requirements . Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and architectural direction to development teams. Support continuous improvement of the Pega platform and enterprise application environment.
