Requisition Title : Pega Lead Decisioning Architect Location : Charlotte NC (Remote) Duration : 12 Months Pay Rate : $63-$72/hr W2/C2C Client : Charter Communication JOB DISCRIPTION = The Lead Decisioning Architect is the configuration visionary across the Next Best Action Execution Team, and is responsible for defining and driving implementation of standards, strategy architecture, and arbitration frameworks. Related Work Experience Years : 8 Experience in consulting and facilitating the delivery of largescale technology led business change programs. 8 Pega software experience including Pega Customer Decision Hub. 8 Designing and/or implementing Marketing and Decisioning software (such as Chordiant, Infor CRM Epiphany, SmartFocus, Experian, Adobe, Oracle, Marketo, Salesforce, Teradata, Aprimo, IBM Unica) applications. Skills/Abilities and Knowledge: Able to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly; able to explain it to both business & IT stakeholders. Ability to prioritize and organize effectively Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environment Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities Ability to analyze and interpret data Ability to quickly identify business problems/opportunities Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel Ability to lead and manage multiple projects at one time Ability to prioritize and organize effectively MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Lead and evangelize optimal use of modeling insights, analysis, simulation, measurement and reporting to maximize effectiveness of strategies, return on investment and customer experience. Lead business and/or technical streams to success on Decisioning and Analytics engagements. Lead business and/or technical streams to design and implement Decisioning and Analytics solutions/applications. Provide thought leadership to team members and clients across business and technical project dimensions. Create the decisioning architecture (Decision Logic/Strategy Logic) which integrates seamlessly with our complex technical stacks and provide technical leadership on decision architecture and best practices on our Pega platform. Design core decisioning logic for real time marketing based on business requirements. Designing as well configuring rules, flows, propositions, and decision Logic. Communicate technical concepts, problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences as well as translate business requirements and offer information into decisioning software logic designs. Responsible for maintaining the required reference data for the decisioning logic, including any offer compatibility and assist in creating post-implementation support documentation. Commitment to success by ensuring that the delivered product if fully-functioning, performs to requirements defined and approved by the business, and meets or exceeds expectations. Interface with key stakeholders to evangelize the platform and unlock profound new capabilities in the Pega driven Customer Decision Hub. Education & Certifications/Training: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field Masters in Business Administration or Computer Science Completion of Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) Completion of training in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
