About the Role

You will be responsible for the full SEO system: crawl, index, render, content discoverability, and visibility across both traditional search engines and AI-powered search. You’ll own the strategy, execution, and measurable impact — not just recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate a site-wide SEO strategy with clear ROI attribution and prioritization.
• Own crawl budget, index health, and large-scale UGC indexing challenges across millions of pages.
• Drive SSR / pre-rendering decisions where success is measured by indexing, ranking, and organic traffic gains.
• Optimize for AI search, including AI crawler management, AI citation monitoring, and content extractability.
• Build self-serve SEO dashboards using GSC APIs, log analysis, and internal data pipelines.
• Automate SEO monitoring, diagnostics, regression testing, and reporting with AI-assisted coding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of SEO experience, with at least 1 year on a million-page-scale site.
• Strong React / TypeScript skills, with solid understanding of SSR, RSC, hydration, caching, and streaming.
• Hands-on log file analysis experience, including writing scripts to process large-scale access logs.
• At least one quantifiable Technical SEO case study: baseline → intervention → attribution → result.
• Comfortable working with GSC APIs, Ahrefs / Semrush-style tools, and analytics platforms.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.

Preferred Skills

• GEO / Programmatic SEO experience, especially on fast-growing UGC platforms.
• International SEO experience, including hreflang and multi-locale setups.
• Knowledge of Japanese or Korean search ecosystems is a plus.
• Backend or full-stack experience with Node / Postgres or similar stacks.
• Genuine interest in AIGC, anime, or creator communities.
