📍 Fully remote
💼 Permanent contract, starting as soon as possible
🧢 All profiles considered, what matters is how you think
The role
Vydera is an AI-native visibility agency. We make our clients visible on Google and in the answers generated by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude. Our model rests on a simple balance: our experts set the strategy, our AI agents execute at scale.
We are hiring an SEO & GEO Consultant to take ownership of the day to day work across a portfolio of accounts: audits, strategy, implementation of recommendations, content, link building and client relationships.
The profile we are looking for is well-rounded rather than highly specialised. You can build an action plan and defend it in front of a client, you understand how SEO and GEO work, and you are comfortable getting into a CMS. If technical work is not your strong suit, we will support you there. Years of experience matter less to us than the way you reason.
What you will do
Run SEO and GEO audits
You diagnose a site's health, its architecture and its structured data, and you measure how present it actually is inside AI engines. What comes out is a prioritised action plan, not a list of findings.
Build the visibility strategy
Keyword research, intent mapping, content architecture, tracking prompts across generative models. You set an account's trajectory over six to twelve months and adjust it as results come in.
Implement the recommendations
Schema, tags, redirects, content. You do not stop at recommending. You work directly in the CMS and check that it is live.
Produce and orchestrate content
You define the editorial line, brief, review and make the calls. You know when to write yourself and when the machine does it better.
Manage link building
Authority strategy, source selection, acquisition tracking. You can tell a link that serves the brand from one that damages it.
Own the client relationship
Monthly reviews, presenting results, trade-offs. You explain what you are doing and why, to very different kinds of people across very different industries.
What we are looking for
What we offer
No cover letter needed. Send your CV and the projects you are proud of, even unfinished ones, even personal ones. What interests us is how you reason.

What we are looking for
- Strong command of editorial SEO and content design
- Solid technical SEO fundamentals: you can read a crawl, an architecture, structured data. We will help you go further
- A clear understanding of GEO and what is at stake with it
- Daily, intelligent use of AI tools: you know what to delegate, what to verify and what to keep for yourself
- Hands-on experience with at least one modern CMS, Webflow being a real plus
- Confidence on calls with clients, and the ability to stand behind a recommendation
- Rigour with data: Search Console, Analytics, citation tracking tools
- Working French or English depending on the account (documentation and international clients)
What we offer
- A complete role, where you follow an account from diagnosis through to results
- A range of projects: SaaS, industry, education, hospitality, in France and internationally
- A field that is being built right now, and the freedom to help shape the method
- Broad access to AI tools, with accounts and credits provided
- A small team where decisions get made quickly
- Fully remote, with regular team gatherings
- Compensation set according to your profile and experience
- Application: your CV and a look at what you have built. Client projects, personal sites, published analyses, tests run against AI engines. Anything that shows how you think counts.
- Practical case: we send you a client dashboard and its context. You analyse it and think through the actions and strategies you would put in place. Nothing to send back, you will talk us through it.
- Video call: your background, the role, the agency, and your take on the case.
- Final call with one of the founders.
