At Tradies AI, we build the high-octane sales and marketing infrastructure that scales trade businesses across Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for an absolute Google Business Profile & Local SEO Weapon to own and dominate the organic map presence for our entire client roster.

You are not an SEO theorist who writes 80-page audits nobody reads. You are a hands-on execution specialist who lives for one thing: getting our trade clients (Roofers, Plumbers, Renovators, Landscapers, Commercial Builders) into the top 3 spots on Google Maps (The 3-Pack).

You understand that for a local tradie, the 3-Pack is where 44%+ of all high-intent phone calls come from. You will own the entire GBP lifecycle for our clients—from claiming and strict NAP auditing to category optimization, citation building, geotagged photo strategies, and review acceleration.

• GBP Setup & 3-Pack Optimization: Own the end-to-end setup, optimization, and ongoing ranking strategy for 30+ trade clients' Google Business Profiles.
• Strict NAP & Citation Management: Execute audit and submission protocols across key Australian directories (Yellow Pages, True Local, HiPages, LocalSearch, Word of Mouth, Houzz) ensuring 100% NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency.
• Category & Keyword Engineering: Structure primary/secondary categories, localized service descriptions, and suburb targeting (e.g., matching client focus like Bathroom Renovations in target Gold Coast/metro suburbs).
• Geotagging & Visual Engine: Manage weekly photo uploads, ensuring proper EXIF location metadata, file naming conventions (service-suburb-client.jpg), and optimized photo captions are executed consistently.
• Review Acceleration Systems: Work with our internal setters and GoHighLevel (GHL) team to deploy post-job SMS/email review automation loops that prompt customers to use localized ranking keywords.
• Website & Local Anchor Integration: Coordinate with our tech team to embed GBP map iframes, schema tags, and footer NAP consistency across client websites.
• Rank Tracking & Reporting: Monitor local map rankings, search view spikes, direction requests, and phone calls, reporting wins directly to our Pod Leads (Client Growth Managers).

• Proven Track Record: 2+ years of hands-on experience ranking local service businesses in Google’s 3-Pack / Local Map Pack. You can prove past rank improvements and call volume spikes.
• Australian Market Fluency: Deep understanding of Australian trade terminology (renovations, ensuites, tradies, quotes, site visits) and Australian business directory ecosystems.
• Tech Stack Mastery:
• Google Business Profile Dashboard & Google Maps API mechanics.
• GoHighLevel (GHL): Setting up review workflows, social planners, and contact integrations.
• Local SEO Tools: BrightLocal, Local Viking, GeoImgr, Whitespark, or similar map-tracking tools.
• Algorithmic Knowledge: You stay ahead of Google’s constant core and local algorithm updates. You know what signals Google rewards (review velocity, direction signals, category weighting) and what gets a profile suspended (keyword-stuffed business names, bad address setups).

• Obsessive Executioner: You care about the small details—file names, postcodes, exact address matches, and weekly consistency.
