About the Role

TRIOTECH SYSTEMS is seeking a results-driven SEO & Google PPC Specialist to improve our clients’ online visibility and generate high-quality leads through effective Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in technical SEO, keyword research, campaign optimization, performance analysis, and lead generation for international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for both SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Perform on-page SEO optimization, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, and content recommendations.
• Monitor and improve website rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and overall search visibility.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve SEO issues.
• Optimize website speed, indexing, crawlability, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and Core Web Vitals.
• Manage Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and conversion tracking.
• Track campaign performance and prepare detailed weekly and monthly SEO & PPC performance reports.
• Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and campaign settings.
• Manage PPC budgets efficiently to maximize ROI while reducing Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
• Research competitors and identify new opportunities for organic growth and paid advertising.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to implement SEO and PPC best practices.
• Stay up to date with Google’s algorithm updates, Google Ads features, and digital marketing trends.
• Ensure all campaigns align with client goals and deliver measurable business results.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve Quality Score, Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in SEO and Google Ads (PPC) management.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with keyword research tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Ubersuggest.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and local SEO.
• Experience with conversion tracking, lead generation, and performance analysis.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress SEO is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

• Experience working with international clients (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, or Gulf countries).
