The ideal candidate is highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong technical SEO expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, development, content, and marketing teams. This person will help ensure SEO is incorporated into the website development lifecycle and that technical enhancements are implemented accurately and consistently. This is a hybrid role located in Houston, Texas in the Allen Parkway Corridor. All qualified candidates must live in the Houston area and be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship or visa transfers. Please note that we do not work C2C.

- Partner with product, IT, and development teams to define SEO requirements and support implementation throughout the development lifecycle.
- Perform QA testing to ensure metadata, structured data, redirects, internal linking, and international/local SEO configurations are implemented correctly.
- Manage and prioritize the technical SEO backlog, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, track implementation, and document completed enhancements.
- Monitor technical SEO performance using tools such as Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4, and Screaming Frog; identify trends and provide recommendations.
- Develop and maintain SEO documentation, standards, and best practices.
- Provide technical SEO guidance to marketing, content, product, IT, and development teams and help integrate SEO into new digital initiatives.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure appropriate stakeholders remain informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- 5+ years of technical SEO experience, including experience supporting large-scale websites with 1M+ URLs and multi-language and/or multi-location websites.
- Strong proficiency with Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Screaming Frog.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript rendering, structured data, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing, canonicalization, redirects, and XML sitemaps.
- Experience with enterprise CMS platforms; Sitecore preferred.
- Experience working with version-controlled deployments and development teams.
- Strong project management, organization, documentation, and analytical skills; Agile or sprint-based experience preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
