SEO MANAGER – FULL-TIME REMOTE POSITION (SOUTH AFRICA ONLY)

Location: Remote — South Africa Only

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $15–$21 USD/hour, based on experience

ABOUT THE ROLE

Bear SEO Service is a local SEO agency serving home service businesses across the United States.

We are hiring a full-time SEO Manager to manage SEO work across multiple client accounts. This position is 100% remote, but you MUST currently be based in South Africa to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage SEO for multiple client accounts

• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles

• Monitor and improve local search rankings

• Build and manage local citations

• Handle link building and link acquisition

• Use Google Search Console to monitor website performance

• Use SEMrush for keyword research, rankings, competitor research, and reporting

• Use AI tools as part of your daily workflow

• Track SEO work and results

• Collaborate through Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive

REQUIREMENTS

• MUST currently live in South Africa

• Strong understanding of local SEO

• Experience managing Google Business Profiles

• Experience with Google Search Console

• Experience with SEMrush and other SEO tools

• Real hands-on link building and link acquisition experience

• Comfortable using AI tools

• Fluent written and spoken English

• Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Google Workspace

• Able to manage multiple client accounts and stay organized
