SEO Specialist (Local SEO & AI Visibility) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time About Client Client helps local service businesses dominate Google Search, Google Maps, and emerging AI search platforms like ChatGPT and Gemini. Our AI Visibility Program combines technical SEO, local optimization, content strategy, and authority building to generate long-term organic growth without relying on paid advertising. We're looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who can take full ownership of multiple client accounts and drive measurable ranking improvements across Google and AI-powered search. What You'll Do As our SEO Specialist, you'll manage the complete SEO strategy and execution for a portfolio of client accounts. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) for multiple clients. Execute Local SEO strategies to improve Google Map Pack rankings. Publish and optimize local service content to strengthen topical authority. Perform keyword research and optimize on-page SEO elements. Build high-quality backlinks and manage local citations. Maintain NAP consistency across business directories. Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve website issues, including: Site speed optimization Crawl and indexing issues Schema markup Core Web Vitals Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools. Track visibility across AI search platforms such as ChatGPT and Gemini. Prepare monthly SEO performance reports and communicate progress. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience. Proven experience managing multiple Local SEO client accounts. Strong understanding of Google Business Profile optimization. Expertise in Local SEO, Google Map Pack rankings, and citation management. Experience with backlink acquisition and authority building. Solid technical SEO knowledge. Experience with keyword research and content optimization. Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and rank tracking tools. Experience using SEO platforms such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bonus Skills Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL). Knowledge of AI search optimization and Large Language Models (LLMs). Experience working with home service businesses (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, etc.).
