SEO Specialist

Outsmart Labs is a fast-growing digital agency that helps global brands dominate search through sharp strategy, strong execution, and data-driven insights. We don’t just follow SEO best practices—we set them. As we grow, we’re looking to bring on a part-time SEO Specialist who can help lead high-impact projects across a variety of industries. This role can potentially lead to full-time with the right candidate.

What We Are Looking For

This is not a checklist role. We're hiring someone who can think critically, execute strategically, and bring fresh ideas to the table. You’ll work directly with our head of SEO and have a visible impact on client performance and long-term growth as you manage various clients for local and organic SEO.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical SEO audits and guide implementation of fixes
• Develop and execute holistic SEO strategies across multiple client accounts
• Collaborate on and review SEO-focused blog content
• Generate ideas proactively and have a hand in shaping SOPs
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on outcomes
• Client calls to present strategy, progress reports, and move along projects

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SEO experience
• Demonstrated success working on global, multimillion-dollar company websites
• Experience with local SEO
• Experience with the new face of AI in SEO
• Strong technical SEO skills, including audits, site structure, indexing, and crawling
• Experience with SEO content planning and blog strategy
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
• Strategic thinker who can contribute more than just execution
• Experience with SEO monitoring tools and Google Analytics

Additional Requirements

• Well spoken, comfortable interacting with clients and explaining SEO strategies
• Exceptional time management
• You are an “attention to the details” type of person
• Spanish and French Proficiency (Asset, not required)
