Solved6 is a Dubai-based “Marketing Department as a Service” agency. We run strategy, creative, paid media, social, PR and SEO for brands across the GCC and globally, in real estate, beauty, fashion, automotive, B2B tech and e-commerce.

We’re building our in-house SEO team and need someone who knows how search works in 2026: Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity.

The role

You own SEO execution and quality for a portfolio of about 15–20 client websites. We use AI tools for research and drafts. You make it work on the live sites and make sure it moves rankings, traffic and leads.

What you’ll do

• Run technical audits and fix issues: indexing, speed, schema, redirects, duplicate pages
• Build keyword and page maps based on buyer intent, not volume
• Optimise titles, metas, headings, internal linking and service and product pages
• Brief, edit and publish content: cost guides, comparisons, FAQs, local pages
• Manage Google Business Profiles and review strategy for local clients
• Earn relevant links and mentions through partners, PR and outreach (no link farms)
• Improve visibility in AI search through entities, structured data and citations
• Report monthly on GSC clicks, rankings, organic leads and AI mentions

What you need

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO, ideally agency or multi-client
• Proven results you can show (GSC screenshots or case studies)
• Strong technical SEO: Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4, schema
• Comfortable with Ahrefs or Semrush
• Experience with WordPress and Shopify
• Good written English
• You use AI tools daily and know where they need a human check
• You build links that make sense for the business. If your link plan is directories, profiles and guest-post packages, this role isn’t for you.
