SEO Specialist with AI Automation Experience

This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys SEO, Google Business Profiles, lead generation, and building practical AI workflows . You don’t need to be an expert in every marketing channel. What matters most is that you understand how local businesses generate leads online, can identify opportunities for improvement, and are comfortable using technology to get better results. Conduct lead generation, market research, and build targeted prospect lists. Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles to improve local visibility. Support Google Local Services Ads setup, monitoring, and performance reporting. Create, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms. Use AI tools for research, content creation, and image generation while ensuring quality and accuracy. Monitor competitors, identify business opportunities, and maintain organized CRM and lead-tracking systems. Proactively identify improvements, solve problems, and support marketing initiatives. Help local businesses improve their visibility on Google Search and Google Maps . Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles . Perform keyword, competitor, and local market research. Support on-page and local SEO improvements. Research and build targeted prospect lists for lead generation. Use AI and automation tools to make marketing, research, lead generation, and reporting more efficient. Build or improve simple workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms . Monitor SEO and marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Help create and publish useful marketing content when needed. Keep leads, campaigns, and activities organized in the CRM. Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Excellent researcher and communicator. Able to manage multiple priorities independently. Comfortable using AI tools while applying sound judgment and human review. Preferred Experience Google Business Profile management. Google Local Services Ads management. Lead generation and prospect research. Social media management and content creation. AI writing, research, workflow automation, and image-generation tools. Blog writing and marketing for trades, home-service companies, or other local businesses. Comfortable testing new AI and marketing tools.
