Responsibilities

• The Service Administration Coordinator supports the efficient delivery of service operations through accurate data entry, proactive queue management, and clear communication. The role helps ensure service tickets progress through each stage in a timely manner, and that SLAs are met by both customers and vendors. By coordinating updates, escalations, and documentation, the Service Administration Coordinator helps maintain service efficiency and customer confidence.
