Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
* Service contracts administration,
* Effective quote processing in SAP based on the agreement with the customer,
* Customer e-mail enquiries related to contract renewal,
* Cooperation with business partners in countries supported by the team,
* Securing high quality and professional day to day service activities within agreed KPI's,
* Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving for all relevant documents.
What You Need to Succeed
* Previous experience in similar role,
* Very good knowledge of French (min. B2 level),
* Very good knowledge of English,
* Well-developed MS Office skills,
* Quick perception and excellent attention to detail,
That would be your additional asset:
* Knowledge of SAP or other CRM .
