The Service Architect plays a critical pre-sales role by designing high-value service solutions that optimize deal success, revenue realization, and project profitability. The Service Architect is responsible for pre-sales service alignment, SOW development, and service presentations. Additionally, the Service Architect will work closely with Sales and Services Teams to provide advice regarding the most appropriate implementation approach and ensure successful handoffs. Requirements How you will make an impact: Continuously add value, for Cre8tive and Cre8tive customers Foster trust, cooperation, and a culture of excellence within the Sales and Services teams Drive excellence, improve our reputation as a manufacturing advice source Drive change with diplomacy, by delivering education, bridging the gap between legacy and future states Perks & Benefits: Competitive base salary plus commission opportunities Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision Company-sponsored 401k plan with a 4% match 10 paid company holidays Generous paid vacation policy Home based work, when not on site with customers To qualify for this role, some of the considerations are: Bachelor’s degree (Business, MIS, IS, Education or related) required 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Sales, Consulting, or Account Management Advanced knowledge of the effort and process for implementation to inform the nature of the Statements of Work for Implementation, Upgrade, Reimplementation and/or Company Site addition Projects 5+ years of experience of manufacturing systems expertise is required, Epicor or similar 5+ years of direct manufacturing experience Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Vizio, Outlook, and Teams Ability to travel up to 30% for customer engagements To be successful in this role, you must: Build trust and effective communication at all organizational levels Thrive as an individual contributor as well as in collaborative large interdependent teams Have strengths in modeling best practices and maintaining deliverables Be a champion of innovation, adaptability, and positive outcomes Cre8tive Technology & Design is an equal opportunity employer.
