We'll teach you everything you need to know. We're looking for someone with great communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Be Doing: As part of our centralized Service Booking team, you'll help customers across multiple dealerships by: • Booking and adjusting service appointments • Answering inbound customer calls and inquiries • Following up with customers regarding recommended maintenance and service • Coordinating with dealership service departments to provide a seamless customer experience • Maintaining accurate customer information and appointment details • Using multiple computer systems throughout the day in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For: We're looking for someone who is: • Friendly, professional, and confident speaking on the phone • Organized and comfortable multitasking • Detail-oriented and accurate with data entry • Comfortable learning new computer systems • Positive, dependable, and enjoys working as part of a team • Passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience About Bannister Automotive Group: At Bannister Automotive Group, our people are our greatest asset.
