Service Delivery Manager – Banking & Financial Services

What success looks like in this role: Unisys is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to lead the delivery of critical IT services for key banking and financial services clients . This is a high-impact role responsible for ensuring service excellence, operational stability, and client satisfaction within complex, regulated environments. You will be a Delivery Enablement Manager for our core banking solution, managing a mixed skill team to deliver new product features on time, to budget and to the required quality. You will be liaising with a wide range of stakeholders to do this including the development Scrum teams, client delivery managers, and senior management at both Unisys and clients. A key aspect of the role will also be to proactively improve the processes, tooling and technology used by the development team. Key Responsibilities Own end to end development of projects implementing functional and technical change to our banking solution. Proven ability to manage change in projects Manage mixed skill team of associates, become part of the leadership group of the Development Centre.
