Service Delivery Manager Zone BNL

Job Description

As Service Delivery Manager for Zone Benelux, you will lead and develop the District/Area Service Delivery Managers who manage our Field Service Engineers. You will be accountable for a high-performing, customer-focused service delivery organization that delivers safe, reliable and efficient support across the Benelux region.

You will translate business strategy into operational action: improving service performance, building strong customer relationships and enabling your teams to deliver excellent customer experience. This is a visible leadership role for someone who combines operational rigor, commercial awareness and a genuine passion for developing people.

Your role:

  • Lead service delivery operations across the zone, ensuring the achievement of customer, operational, and financial performance objectives.
  • Drive consistency and excellence in service delivery by implementing standardized processes, governance, and best practices across all areas within the zone.
  • Optimize resource planning, team capacity, and operational execution to meet business priorities, customer demand, and service commitments.
  • Own service performance across the zone, using operational data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and deliver sustainable results.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for service delivery matters, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, service quality, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with regional and cross-functional stakeholders to align service delivery capabilities with customer needs, business strategy, and market developments.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and people development, ensuring teams are equipped to deliver outstanding service performance across the zone.

You're the right fit if:

  • 7 - 10 years’ experience in zone or regional service operations, ideally within a global, multicultural setting and with a strong continuous-improvement focus.
  • In-depth experience in the Health Systems industry and in customer-facing leadership roles, such as Customer Manager and/or Service Delivery Manager.
  • A broad understanding of the business challenges, opportunities and external trends shaping service and solutions delivery.
  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Health Science, Architecture, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated people-leadership experience, including leading, coaching and developing managers and teams.
  • Strong customer intimacy and a clear understanding of industry and market dynamics.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving ability, including the confidence to resolve difficult or complex issues.
  • Experience applying AI & Lean methodology to drive continuous improvement.
  • A results-oriented mindset, with personal accountability for delivering commitments at pace.
  • Strong stakeholder-management, collaboration and influencing skills across internal and external boundaries.
  • A quality-first mindset and unwavering commitment to employee & patient safety, quality, integrity and compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch (minimum C1 level). French is an advantage.
