With a global team across North America, South America, Central America, Europe, Africa, and APAC, we offer end-to-end expertise across various service offerings: Web, Mobile & Digital Marketing | Enterprise AI | Customer Care AI & Technology | Enterprise Technology Modernization Location & Flexibility Noida, India (Hybrid) The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager / Senior Manager to lead end-to-end cloud migration and modernization initiatives across multi-cloud environments — including Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft Azure. In this highly visible role, you will drive large-scale transformation programs that accelerate the organization's cloud adoption, modernize legacy workloads, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will partner closely with executive stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, and vendors to define program strategy, govern delivery, manage risk, and champion cloud-native best practices across the enterprise. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, program governance expertise, and leadership presence. Responsibilities Program Leadership & Governance Develop and own the end-to-end program roadmap for cloud migration and modernization, spanning GCP, AWS, and Azure environments. Establish and manage program governance frameworks including steering committees, status reporting, RACI structures, and decision-making processes. Lead cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, DevOps practitioners, and business analysts across multiple concurrent workstreams. Track and report on program health — scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality — to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders. Drive milestone delivery, manage dependencies, and resolve escalations to keep programs on track. Cloud Migration Execution Define and execute migration strategies including Rehost (lift & shift), Replatform, Refactor,Repurchase, Retire, and Retain (6Rs/7Rs). Oversee infrastructure assessments, application portfolio rationalization, and cloud readiness evaluations. Coordinate migration waves, manage cutover planning, and ensure zero-downtime or minimal-disruption transitions for critical workloads. Manage relationships with hyperscale partners (Google, AWS, Microsoft) and third-party migration tooling vendors. Ensure proper implementation of cloud landing zones, networking, IAM, security controls, and compliance requirements. Modernization & Transformation Champion cloud-native modernization initiatives including containerization(Kubernetes/GKE/EKS/AKS), microservices adoption, and serverless architectures. Drive application re-platforming to managed cloud services (e.g., Cloud SQL, RDS, Azure SQL, Big Query, Redshift, Synapse). Lead DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline modernization to enable continuous delivery and cloud-native development practices. Partner with data and AI/ML teams to enable cloud-native analytics and AI workloads on GCP(Vertex AI), AWS (SageMaker), and Azure (Azure AI). Financial & Risk Management Own program budgets ranging from $5M to $50M+, with responsibility for FinOps, cost optimization, and cloud spend visibility. Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, operational, and business risks throughout the program lifecycle. Drive business case development, ROI modeling, and benefits tracking for cloud transformation investments. Stakeholder Management & Change Management Act as the primary program interface for senior technology and business leaders, building trust and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. Develop and execute organizational change management plans to drive cloud adoption and new ways of working. Build cloud capability and literacy across engineering and product teams through training, communities of practice, and enablement programs. Qualifications 8+ years of program/project management experience with 5+ years directly in cloud migration or transformation programs Demonstrated delivery of large-scale migrations ($10M+ budgets) on at least two of: GCP, AWS, Azure Experience managing multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud environments with 500+ workloads or applications Track record of managing cross-functional teams of 20+ people across engineering, architecture, and business functions Experience with enterprise change management and organizational transformation Deep familiarity with cloud architecture patterns: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, serverless,containers Understanding of networking (VPC,VPN, DirectConnect/Interconnect/ExpressRoute), IAM, and security in cloud Working knowledge of Kubernetes,CI/CD, Terraform/IaC, and DevOps toolchains Familiarity with migration tooling: AWS MGN, Google Migrate, Azure Migrate, Velostrata, CloudEndure, etc. Understanding of FinOps practices and cloud cost optimization levers Equal Opportunity Employer At TELUS Digital, we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
