Service Delivery Project Manager

Freelance Opportunity – Service Delivery Management Consultant | Germany / Remote

We are looking for an Service Delivery Management Consultant to support a major IT transformation programme involving SaaS solutions, cloud infrastructure, AWS and software delivery.

📍 Location: Remote (anywhere in Europe)

📅 Start: ASAP

⏳ Duration: Until 31 December 2026 (expected extensions)

🌍 Languages: German C1 and English C1

📋 Engagement: Freelance / B2B

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years in Programme, Delivery or Supplier Management
• 5+ years managing IT projects involving SaaS, Cloud/AWS and software development
• 1–3 years in Contract, Performance or Claim Management
• Strong experience managing external IT service providers
• Experience with SLAs, quality reporting, change requests and contract amendments
• Understanding of Agile delivery and software release processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess supplier performance, delivery quality and contractual compliance
• Identify and document risks, dependencies and delivery issues
• Review service levels, SLAs and improvement measures
• Support contract management, escalations and claims
• Evaluate Agile delivery, sprint planning and release processes
• Prepare management reports, recommendations and decision documentation
