Service Delivery Specialist PMS (IT and/or Opera experience)

Role Overview:

You will join our growing global Service Delivery team, implementing and supporting HRS’s portfolio of software solutions for hospitality businesses in Hungary. Working with Property Management Systems (PMS) and other HRS solutions, you will help customers deploy, configure and optimise technology that powers their daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a technical background who are passionate about software, problem-solving and delivering outstanding customer experiences. IT focused hospitality professionals or recent graduates with relevant technical knowledge and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities:

• Participation in the implementation, configuration and support of software solutions for hotels, restaurants, spas and fitness clubs across the region.
• Handle customer support cases by troubleshooting technical issues, triaging incoming requests and managing assigned and escalated cases.
• Assist customers with software configuration, system setup and best practices.
• Ensure familiarity with new product releases and software enhancements as they become available.
• Liaise with subject matter experts on client requests for enhancements and development.
• Work with the support and implementation teams to ensure service level requirements are exceeded.
• Conduct user training and provide guidance on system functionality.
• Perform other duties as requested or as deemed appropriate by management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience of working with competitive hospitality products including PMS, POS or Spa systems will be beneficial.
• Degree or studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience in technical support, software implementation, system configuration or IT customer support is an advantage.
• Open to recent graduates with strong technical aptitude and an interest in enterprise software are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of databases, SQL or Oracle PL/SQL would be a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot software issues.
• Good interpersonal skills with both customers and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally when required.

Languages:

• Fluent English both written and spoken.
• Fluent in Hungarian both written and spoken.
